How do I pick my pearl?

Place an order on our website. You can choose to order under a specific host or on a specific party date.  Then watch us on Facebook Live for your name to be called.  We will show you 6 oysters and you tell us which one you'd like, and then we will open it!  Your pearl will be placed on the jewelry piece you purchased and shipped out!  

 

How do I tell what color the pearl is in the oyster?

There is no way to ensure the color that an oyster holds. You get the oyster that you pick.

 

What if I get twin pearls in my oyster?

If you are lucky enough to pick an oyster with twins, you will be given the chance to have your order canceled and then can order another jewelry piece for two pearls. You may also add a second piece at a 20% discount.  Your new order and/or additional order must be ordered within 24 hours or the following will happen:  If your first order was canceled your twins will be sold. If you wanted an additional piece your first order will be completed and your extra pearl will be shipped to you un-set.  

 

How do I take care of my pearls?

Please don't get your jewelry wet or wear your jewelry while using cleaning products or washing hands. This will ensure your pearls stay on your jewelry.  If you do need to clean your pearls, use a damp soft cloth.  

 

Payment and Shipping

Payment is required at time of order.  Shipping time can range from 2-6 weeks.  At this time we can not offer expedited shipping or put your order in front of others.  Orders are done and shipped in the order they are received.  

  

 

 

 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

At this time, Mama's Mermaid Pearl Parties does not give returns or refunds unless approved by the owner.  If a refund is issued the cost of the pearl will be deducted from the amount of the refund. 

 

Warranty 

We want you happy with your purchase.   If your jewelry is to break or your pearl is to come loose please contact us within 30 days of your jewelry delivery date.  

 

Privacy Policy

Your information will not be sold or shared unless we have your permission.  Your payment information is not stored or kept and is protected by Square.  

 

Guarantee

We guarantee that each oyster will have a pearl.  If the oyster you pick does not contain a pearl, you will pick a second oyster.  Our pearls are fresh water pearls and are AAA quality.

Please understand that pearls continue to change.  We can't guarantee the color you see on Facebook Live is the same pearl that you get.  The pearls can get lighter or darker and will continue to change over a period of time due to its climate.
