At this time, Mama's Mermaid Pearl Parties does not give returns or refunds unless approved for by the owner.  If a refund is issued the cost of the pearl will be deducted from the amount of the refund. 

We want you happy with your purchase.   If your jewelry is to break or your pearl is to come loose please contact us within 30 days of your jewelry delivery date.
